DevilArtemis is a content creator who specializes in skits involving Perfect Cell going up against a variety of different characters, taking over the popular concept by TeamFourStar during Season 3 of DragonBall Z Abridged, but putting a new spin on it. He's also the current animator for HFIL (Home for Infinite Losers), and provides the voice of King Cold in that series, replacing Hbi2k.
