Enema (Salt in the original version) is one of Garlic Jr.'s men in the episode - There's Something About Maron, he was presumably killed by Mr. Popo. In Dragon Fool Z Kai it is stated that he's the most hated of the Spice Boys as stated by Tard. Enema is killed by Gohan in a fit of anger.
He also had a HBO Go account which Tard apparently frequently made use of to watch Silicon Valley. Enema's death likely made further viewings impossible since Tard was still broke up about it nonetheless.
