Mercenary Tao PaiPai - Cyborg mode
Mercenary Tao PaiPai is a mercenary and the younger brother to the Crane Hermit. He was hired by the Red Ribbon Army to kill Goku, but failed and was left near death when Goku tossed a live grenade at him that exploded in the mercenary's face. He made his first appearance in DragonBall Z Abridged Movie: Broly the Legendary Super Saiyan, his only action being to scream in horror for hours on end at being confronted by Goku, the same monster who blew him up, who is now trying to ask him if he blew up South Galaxy. After failing to get an answer from him, Goku wishes him the best of luck with his "assassing."
