Oran is a random minion who breaks the news to Freeza of Vegeta's escape. He only appears in "A Lovely Bunch of Dragonballs" when he is killed.

- Oran is voiced by xthedarkone, best known for his work on Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: The Abridged Series.
- Freeza kills him just to get out of talking to Zarbon about the latter's sexuality.
- He is the same race as Appule.
