One of Millennium's top soldiers, and a member of the Werewolf special forces, she fires special bullets from a long-barreled flintlock musket, which can track targets of their own accord, and are seemingly armor-piercing. These "magic bullets" are even able to change their trajectories mid-flight and repeatedly hit a target before disintegrating. She is as merciless and ruthless as she is childish.
A quirky, attention-seeking member of Millennium who spouts dated memes and hides her own insecurities with a veil of social justice preaching (ironically hypocritical, given that she is a Nazi). She later gets a taste of her own medicine when she spouts this pointless crap to Alucard (of all people), who is the antithesis of these sentiments.

Born into a wealthy family, Melissa Winkle, also known as Rip Van Winkle, could have anything she desired, which led her to never truly take life seriously, and gave her an unstable and childlike mentality. In spite of this, she still had morals she stood by and people she cared for. She lived as the younger member of the group, surpassed by her foster sister, whom her family named Suzanne Winkle. She looked up to her sister, who eventually led her into Milennium's ranks, and transformed at 23 years old (roughly half the age of her sister. In spite of this, she still seems to find joy in serving Milennium. Or at least attempts to.
Personality[]
Winkle shows herself to be incredibly childish, with a quirky and somewhat dimwitted nature. She constantly mentions internet references, and exhibits her immense optimism. However, under that veil, hides a bloodthirsty and violent side, which occasionally surfaces in the form of psychotic grinning and bloodlust. When she arrives on the ship after the death of its crew through Violet, she kills him for his selfish betrayal of his country (which she may have manipulated him into), her social ideals, sheer sadistic enjoyment, or possibly all three.
Abilities[]
Van Winkle appears to have some kind of telepathic control over the bullets she fires from her rifle. These bullets are also much more powerful than normal ones, capable of tearing apart the SR-71 Blackbird, a reconnaissance aircraft appropriated for Alucard by The Hellsing Organization.
