Mike LaBrie (also known online as "VegettoEX") is the voice actor of Appule in TeamFourStar's Dragon Ball Z Abridged.
VegettoEX is one of four webmasters of the Dragon Ball fansite Kanzenshuu (a fusion of two prior websites, Daizenshuu EX and Kanzentai). He is also married to Meri of the Dragon Ball fansite Temple O' Trunks.
